I’m trying to get my site crawled by more search engines and get better page rankings. I want more incoming links, but I don’t want to junk up my site with a bunch of reciprocal link.

Request a link exchage with other website owners that have a website that is relevantly related to yours. Stay away from "Link Farms", pages that are packed with irrelevant links. Search engines don’t like to see that, you’ll get a lower page rank.

You can also post links in forums, but try not to make it look like spam. Relevancy has everything to do with getting spidered and ranked.

I cannot post any reciprocal links on my company provided website. BUT…how can I get a link to my site posted by others on their sites? This is a health-related, nutritional supplement product line.

If the company is offering to pay commissions for new sales people you recruit, it is a multi-level marketing company and you are unlikely to make any money at all. Herbalife? Something similar?

you need to target at sites that are relevant. good places to start are relevant blogs and forums.
